Purchasing tickets is simple with Touchstone Ticketing and we offer several options to choose from. On logging onto our website, you may view at any time our event listing. However, in order to purchase tickets you must first register to become a member. Once you have registered you may proceed to purchase your ticket.
Complete purchase online
Our online portal is available 24/7 and you may use your Visa or Mastercard for payment. Once you complete your payment you will be able to view, print or transfer your ticket. You will be emailed a confirmation receipt outlining your purchase.
Book online and pay offline
We understand that everyone does not have a credit card and that some persons prefer not to use credit cards online. We have therefore provided an option where you can reserve your ticket online and request an offline payment. You will receive your offline payment order, which can then be taken to any Bill Express location island-wide to make your payment. Once your payment confirmation is received we will send you your receipt. Your ticket will simultaneously be available in your online account for viewing and/or printing.
Purchase at a box-office
We work with several box offices which at times will have pre-printed tickets for sale.

Ticket Delivery Options
We have several ways of getting your ticket(s) to you.
The options available will depend on the Event:
Your ticket will be stored in your account from where you can email it to your mobile phone for presentation at the venue or at a designated redemption centre.If preferred your M-Ticket may also be printed at home and taken to the venue or designated redemption centre.
You pay for your ticket online and collect your ticket at a designated box-office or redemption centre.
You print your own ticket at home.
Offline Purchase (OLP)
You reserve your ticket online and pay it at a designated Offline Payment Office. Your ticket will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours. Please note that there is no option for mailing your tickets.
